Turner & Voce Limited in Burton upon Trent seeks an experienced Vehicle Cosmetic Technician to join our expanding workshop. You’ll perform SMART repairs, paint prep, colour matching and cosmetic refinishing to ensure sale-ready vehicles.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE plus a performance bonus, training and development opportunities as our new high-tech facility launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetic repair, detailing or bodyshop work.
• Strong paint prep and colour-matching knowledge.
• High attention to detail for cosmetic refinishing.
