Role Responsibilities:

• Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles.
• Accurately use all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment for paint repairs.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
• Polish newly painted panels, ensuring a flawless finish matching the original factory standards.
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
• Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
