Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited, Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, is recruiting a Bodyshop/Smart Repair Technician to repair vehicles within the bodyshop, following manufacturer specifications. This role suits someone with accident/cosmetic repair background and offers a clear path for skill development within smart repair.

You will join a supportive service team at Maidstone Mercedes-Benz with 42 hours per week, including a structured pay scale and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in accident/cosmetic repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
• Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repair as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians.
• Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs.
• Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs.
