We're currently looking for SMART Meter Engineer Support Agents with electricity & gas meter experience to join our growing Field Debt Solutions team. You will play an important role in helping our customers resolve their debts, supporting them with future payments, installing PAYG meters where appropriate, and helping reduce energy consumption.
We will provide all necessary equipment: smartphone, tablet, tools, uniform, vehicle, and fuel card. You will be trained to install SMART meters the E.ON way and to offer the right payment options. After training, you can earn extra through our reward scheme based on customer outcomes.
