Job description

Momentum is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Smart Meter Engineers to join our growing team. If you are looking for a stable, well-paid role with great benefits and career progression opportunities, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: 42,000 per year
  • Weekend Rates: 110 (dual install), 70 (single install)
  • Quarterly Bonus: 500 + 25 per installation after the 5th
  • Standby Pay: 245 + higher rate if called out
  • Optional Overtime Available
  • Career Progression: Opportunities to advance into Compliance & EV roles
  • 33 Days Holiday (including bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining smart meters in domestic and commercial properties
  • Ensuring all work meets industry safety and quality standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
  • Accurately recording and reporting installation data
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum MOCOPA certification (preferable)
  • Experience installing single-phase and three-phase meters
  • Strong technical skills with a safety-first approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
