This role is within our Metering team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you will join our Metering team providing services such as Smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF, and other clients. Do you enjoy working independently, communicating with customers, and meeting new people?

Customer service is our top priority. You will ensure all jobs are completed on time and customers are given detailed explanations of the benefits and safe usage of their new meters. You will also respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when needed. Do you like making a difference in people's lives?

Continuous training will be provided to develop your skills. 87% of our field management team have been promoted internally. We offer longevity in your career with us.

Health and safety are central to everything we do. You will receive training to ensure you are well-prepared and knowledgeable about industry standards. Our support network includes weekly meetings and field managers available to assist.

What you'll bring
  • Valid UK driving licence
