Where will you be working?

This role will be within our Metering team. You'll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you'll be part of our Metering team providing services such as smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, emergency and maintenance appointments for clients like EON, OVO, EDF, and others.
You will work independently, communicate with customers, and ensure timely completion of jobs, explaining the benefits and safe usage of meters. You will respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when needed.
Continuous training will be provided to develop your skills. Many of our field managers started as engineers, offering career longevity.
Health and safety are prioritized. You will receive onboarding and ongoing training to ensure safety standards.
Support is available through regular meetings and field management. No two days are the same, offering opportunities to excel.
What you'll bring

• Valid UK driving license held for at least 1 year with fewer than 6 points.
• Experience with CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3, or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel, and installing gas and electric smart meters.
• Previous MOCOPA experience is desirable.

Qualifications and skills that are a plus but not required:

• REGT1, 3 phase, CT
