What you'll be doing

As an engineer, you will form part of our Metering team that provides a wide range of services from Smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF and our expanding client portfolio. You’ll enjoy working on your own, talking to customers and meeting new people. Customer service is our top priority. You’ll ensure that all jobs are completed on time and that customers receive in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of their new meter. You’ll respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it most. You’ll also receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills. There are strong chances for progression, with 87% of our field management team promoted internally. Your onboarding will prepare you to be an ambassador for health and safety. If you ever worry about loneliness, you’ll have weekly meetings and access to field managers and support functions. No day is the same, with opportunities to shine.

What You’ll Bring

• Valid UK driving licence (held for 1 year; less than 6 points).
• CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3, or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel; experience installing gas and electric smart meters; MOCOPA experience.
