This role will be within our Metering team, where you’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector. We provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you will be part of our Metering team that offers a wide range of services, including smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF, and our expanding client portfolio.

Customer service is our top priority. You’ll ensure all jobs are completed on time and provide customers with in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of their new meters.
You’ll also respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it most.

What you’ll bring

- Valid UK driving licence
- Held your licence for at least 1 year with fewer than 6 points
- Qualifications such as CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel
- Experience installing gas and electric smart meters
- Previous MOCOPA experience

Optional qualifications that are a plus but not required:
- REGT1, 3 phase, CT
