Job Title:Smart Interventions Scheduler

Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Pay Rate:£216.57 per hour

Location:Harlow

Agency:First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a Smart Interventions Scheduler based in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company on a 1-year temporary basis!

The position:

  • Working within a team of schedulers.
  • Managing the end-to-end administrative process, ensuring work is programmed and updated accurately.
  • Communicating with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers.
  • Utilising daily reports to ensure work is appropriately prioritised.
  • Working with SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT Systems.
  • Providing reports as and when required.
  • Building strong relationships with teams across the business.
  • Safe and effective scheduling of all direct and contractor field resources.
  • Exceeding SLA targets.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Good level PC skills is essential, experience of SAP, PoweOn and Netmap is advantageous.
  • Good customer facing skills with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues and queries.
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
