Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury Smart Home and AV projects in London and the Southeast. You will guide projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, designers, site teams and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong client service, budgeting discipline and a proactive approach to risk and change, with opportunities for progression within a specialist integrator

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple smart home and AV projects simultaneously from conception through to final handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and project review meetings.
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project programmes, deadlines and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, including RAMS preparation and site documentation.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and ongoing client support activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery standards.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Lead Exceptional Smart Home & AV Projects from Concept to Completion

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing specialist integrator operating at the premium end of the residential and commercial technology market.

Working on high-value smart home, audiovisual, lighting control, networking and automation projects, you'll take ownership of multiple installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

This role would suit an experienced AV Project Manager, Smart Home Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Senior Installation Professional looking to take full ownership of project delivery and client relationships.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial technology projects from initial planning through to completion.

Working closely with clients, designers, site teams, contractors and suppliers, you'll ensure each project is delivered seamlessly while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service throughout the entire journey.

Essential Experience

• Proven Project Management experience within one or more of the following industries:
• Residential AV
• Smart Home Technology
• Home Automation
• Electrical Installations
• Building Technology
• M&E Projects
• Commercial AVExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery

Desirable Experience

• Crestron, Control4, Lutron or KNX project exposure
• High-end residential project experience
• AV integration background
• Smart lighting and shading systems knowledge
• Networking and structured cabling understanding
• Formal Project Management qualifications
