As a Smart Energy Engineer, you'll work at customers' homes, delivering a service we can be proud of and helping us achieve our mission of driving progress towards net zero carbon living. You'll give people a tangible understanding of their carbon footprint and ways to reduce it, using technology to drive progress. Metering is at the heart of providing customers with the inspiration, information, products, and tools they need to move towards zero carbon.
You will play a key role in supporting our customers and OVO on the path to Zero Carbon by visiting customers, offering excellent customer service, installing smart meters, and promoting energy efficiency. You will safely carry out smart metering installations and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The role involves working 42.5 hours per week in one of the specified areas, with some travel for training and support.
You will also be responsible for driving an EV van for work purposes only.
Preferred experience includes RTS/MRMM/THTC systems, Safety Culture, Bybox, Zeno, and smartphone/handheld devices.
