An innovative firm is seeking a Small Works Project Manager to oversee a range of projects within a large healthcare contract. Small Works Project Manager - Manchester - healthcare - c£50k plus car/allowance, 5% bonus.
Based across a large live hospitals contract, you will be responsible for delivering multiple small works projects up to a value of £20k. Preferably with a background in M&E, you will need to be highly organized for this busy and varied role.
Typical projects include lighting, change of use for rooms, windows, door or bollard replacements, minor roofing repairs, etc.
Although there are no direct reports, you will collaborate with other Project Managers (who manage projects above £20k) and the Head of Technical to oversee respective subcontractors in their delivery.
The contract has 17 years remaining, offering genuine scope for development and growth in this role.
Subsidised parking is available for £6 per day or a 20-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly, and a 15-minute walk from Oxford Road.
