A leading company seeks a Small Works Project Manager for ongoing freelance work covering a significant government contract in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a qualifications in M&E or building fabric, experience in project management, and the ability to interact with clients effectively. Responsibilities include P&L support, financial sign-offs, and leading safety compliance on sensitive sites.

Qualifications

• Must have undertaken an enhanced DBS check due to the sensitivity of sites.
• Experience with lifecycle and variation works up to GBP 1m per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and financial sign offs for projects.
• Facilitate client meetings and produce reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on sensitive sites.

Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large government contract.

The ideal candidate must have FM experience or worked as client side PM.

The Role

• P&L support
• Financial sign offs
• Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to GBP1m per year
• Health & Safety sign off
• Client facing and holding meetings
• Reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
• Computer literate
• Driver
