We're a leader in facilities management, trusted by top-tier clients across critical sectors. Right now, we're looking for a Technical Programme Managerto support the Projects and Lifecycle PM Teams across the FM portfolio.
This key role will see You initially working on the MoD Main Building capital works programme with a view to supporting the wider FM Contracts, programming and scheduling work packages across various workstreams. This includes monitoring and reporting performance measures to ensure that all operational, commercial and customer targets are met or exceeded.
Occasional travel to other sites / contracts or parts of the business including occasional nights away from home may be required.

To provide fully comprehensive Capital Works and Lifecycle Programmes, supporting delivery strategy for the Lifecycle and Capital Works programme undertaken including but not limited to:-
What you’ll bring to the role:
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role .
