As a Small Tool & Plant Fitter, you’ll be an integral part of our close-knit team, working in a purpose-built workshop. Your role will involve maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, ensuring everything is in top working condition.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, diagnosing faults, and conducting pre-delivery inspections across a wide range of plant and tools.

Your role will encompass:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Carry out routine servicing and pre-delivery inspections
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets manufacturer standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with small plant, vehicles, or machinery
• Attention to Detail – Accurate record-keeping and adherence to manufacturer guidelines
• Team Player – Works efficiently in a busy workshop while supporting colleagues
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively
• Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
