Job description

Kelly Group have an exciting opportunity for the very best talent and we are looking to recruit a Small Plant Fitter.

Role Purpose:
To conduct on-site services including fault diagnostics, servicing and maintenance of the plant within the region, and process the relevant documentation timely and efficiently all the while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide support and assistance to neighbouring sites if required and occasionally attend breakdowns.

In your role you will be responsible for:

Liaise with appropriate site personnel to ensure timescales and supply of work Complete plant servicing as reported on service list Repair defects as reported by sites on defect list Complete job cards and ensure they are returned in a timely manner. Liaise with stores to enable efficient stock management and parts ordering. Plant servicing and general maintenance Fault diagnosing Timed inspection preparation and execution Stock and materials management Health and Safety compliance Attend breakdowns Develop skills and capability through training as provided through the company Act as back up to neighbouring sites if required You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence: Skills: Good organisation and time management skills The ability to pay attention to detail A commitment to excellence A flexible attitude The ability to be adaptable Strong interpersonal skills Good communication skills The ability to work without supervision The ability to stay motivated in all circumstances The ability to work to tight deadlines The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain high standards at all times Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
