Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Paisley

• Fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a RCVS accredited practice in the historical town of Paisley
• Top-notch equipment including an In-house laboratory, X-ray machines, ECG, and ultrasound
• No OOH
• Generous benefits package including a salary of up to £60,000

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon in the large town of Paisley. This historical town, voted one of the happiest places to live in Scotland, borders the city of Glasgow, with the beautiful Loch Lomond only a 20-minute drive away.

Our client is an RCVS accredited practice that has been serving the community for over 100 years, building up a very loyal client base. With two practices across the region certifying their success, you will be joining a friendly and experienced team of 18 veterinary surgeons, including a certified Ophthalmologist on site and weekly visits from a diagnostic imaging specialist.

Their modern practice offers a wide range of services, including a well-equipped in-house laboratory, operating theatre, and hospitalisation wards with separate areas for cats and dogs. They have advanced diagnostic tools such as X-ray machines, ECG, and ultrasound. You will also be supported by a friendly team of RVNs, ACAs, and receptionists.

The ideal candidate will need to be RCVS registered and have a genuine enthusiasm for animal welfare. You will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills.

The Rota:
• Full time role – 4 day week
• 1:4 weekend rota
• No OOH
