Job description

Small Animal Vet - Flexible Role | Up to £80K + Cert Funding

Looking for a practice where teamwork, support, and growth genuinely matter? We're a thriving, friendly small animal practice with exciting expansion plans and a strong reputation for high standards of care. With a passionate and collaborative team, we're now looking for another vet to join us on our journey.

Why join us?
  • Supportive, close-knit team of 4 vets & 6 RVNs - everyone helps each other.
  • Truly flexible rota - full-time, part-time, or something in between.
  • No out-of-hours. Saturdays are just 1 in 4, 9am-5pm.
  • Modern kit: dental x-ray, updated microscope & more. With an extension on the horizon, there'll be even more opportunities to grow.
  • CPD encouraged & funded (up to £1,500/year) - certificates fully supported.
  • Competitive salary up to £80K (DOE).
  • 5.6 weeks holiday, rising to 6.6 after 2 years.
What we're looking for:

We're open on experience - whether you're recently qualified or more seasoned, what matters most is your personality and ability to gel with the team. We want someone who's keen to embed themselves in the practice, grow with us, and share our ethos of communication, care, and collaboration.

The role:
  • Small animal only
  • Mix of consults and surgery, fairly shared between the team
  • No sole charge requirement
  • Hours to suit you - open to shaping the role around the right person

If you'd like a relaxed, informal look around the practice before applying, we'd love to welcome you.
