Isabelle Vets is entering an incredibly exciting new chapter, and we are looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team.

Guernsey is a beautiful island, boasting a rich heritage and culture plus a laid-back atmosphere. It has an abundance of nature reserves, with stunning cliff walks and beaches – a truly great place to enjoy the outdoors. With a brand-new veterinary hospital opening at Garenne Park in January 2027, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established practice at a time of significant investment and growth.

Isabelle Vets has been caring for animals in Guernsey for over 100 years and has built a strong reputation within the local community. Our new hospital will take the practice into an exciting new era, with modern facilities designed to provide an even higher standard of care for our patients.

About the role

We are looking for a Small Animal Vet who enjoys delivering excellent clinical care and wants to be part of a supportive, developing team.

Whether you are an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a certificate or advanced practitioner or looking for your next step after gaining your initial experience, we would love to hear from you.

There is scope to develop your clinical interests, work alongside colleagues with a range of experience and make full use of the new facilities as the hospital opens.

We are also welcoming applications from vets who may have an interest in developing their skills across both small animal and equine work, as we have opportunities available within both areas.
