Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care’s Lincvet practice in Lincoln seeks a Veterinary Surgeon to join a 3-site, small-animal team. The role includes both surgical and consulting shifts, with inpatient care at the main site and potential for consult-only work.

We support part-time hours, foster case continuity, and emphasize learning with ultrasound, in-house lab, digital x-ray, and strong support staff. Closer collaboration and flexible schedules are offered, including on-call duties for inpatients.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning with openness to feedback and development.
