We are 2 Small Animal practices based in Woodbridge and Saxmundham, looking for a Small Animal Vet to work across both sites. We have an exciting opportunity for you to mix it up and share your working week with Melton and Fromus!

You will be working 40 hours a week, 1 in 4 Saturdays with TOIL for this. If you are looking at your days being slightly more flexible we will still welcome your application. You will be joining forward thinking, progressive, supportive and loyal teams - who like to have a laugh to make the days go quicker! We are lucky enough to have our own MiNight team due to this no OOHs work is required, giving you a great work life balance.

Our people are our greatest source of pride. We've worked hard over the years to build a strong, stable and respectful team. As a result, we love coming to work and see each other not just as colleagues, but as friends too. You will be working in fully equipped, forward thinking clinics where our clinicians are able to offer an extensive range of both medical and surgical services on site. We have a high ratio of experienced (and friendly) RVNs.

Progression is important to us within our clinics, so if you have an idea of where you see your career going please let us know and we can put a plan in place to help you achieve this!

Our standard benefits include:
  1. Salary up to £55K pro rata DOE
  2. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (or equivalent) with our Buy/Sell holiday scheme - allowing you to purchase an additional two weeks of annual leave
  3. Generously encouraged and fully funded CPD – abundant opportunities within the business aided by internal and external development courses and programmes
  4. RCVS, VDS and subscription fees paid
  5. Receive an extra days leave each year in your first 5 years at CVS
  6. Cycle to work scheme and subsidised gym membership
  7. Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption pay
  8. Employee Assistance Programme
  9. Pension scheme – automatic enrolment and completely hassle free
  10. Access to First Aid for Mental Health and Wellbeing Champions across CVS and 300 trained CVS colleagues in this role
  11. Colleague discount on pet products and treatments including free consults, cost price drugs and a discount to our online pharmacy, Animed.
  12. Access to the company share-save scheme

CVS is committed to being a fully inclusive place to work where all our colleagues are encouraged and supported to be themselves, where difference is celebrated and where everyone feels able to deliver their best. We are also determined to build a workforce that is more representative of our diverse communities and the people we provide our services to.
