The position requires a 4-day workweek with a great work-life balance. There are no additional out-of-hours (OOH) duties or on-call responsibilities. The role involves minimal weekend work, specifically working 1 weekend in a 7-week rota, which includes both Saturday and Sunday. If you work on a weekend, you will receive time off in lieu the following week.
You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of around £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. Additional perks include a CPD allowance, RCVS and VDS fees paid, and a generous holiday allowance.
