An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a proudly independent, mixed practice nestled in the heart of beautiful mid Devon. This modern, purpose built clinic offers state-of-the-art small animal facilities, including laparoscopy, a full suite of videoscopes, dental radiography, ultrasound, and the support of two on-site physiotherapists with an underwater treadmill. The practice also benefits from regular visits by orthopaedic and ophthalmology specialists, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical exposure and work collaboratively on complex cases.

The team prides itself on being approachable and inclusive, with a strong ethos of mentoring and continuous development. Covering your own out-of-hours means you'll maintain and grow essential emergency skills, while ensuring pets and their owners receive consistent, high quality care. With a well organised rota, forward planning is a breeze, and a dedicated night nursing team ensures excellent inpatient care at all hours.

This role is ideally suited for an experienced, team focused vet with a passion for small animal work—although there’s potential to get involved with equine cases for those with an interest. The Rota

• Full time position
• 4 day week
