The Performance Analyst will work within the Slots team, alongside Regional Slots Managers, to provide data and insights that support revenue growth through product analysis, opportunity identification, and efficiency improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Report on product, player, and venue performance, including KPIs, stakes, win, and margin analysis.
• Develop a reporting framework to enhance understanding and drive performance improvements.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize performance and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Promote best practices in performance analysis, supporting the Slots team in data utilization.
• Create performance-tracking reports for new products, assessing ROI and informing development.
• Collaborate closely with the Slots Team, providing insights and support.
• Work with suppliers to access and optimize third-party data.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects for new insights, revenue opportunities, or cost savings.
• Stay informed about industry developments and new reporting tools beneficial to the business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
• Understanding of slots, gaming industry, and key performance drivers.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and a customer-focused approach.
• Results-oriented with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in coding and programming for data analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools to present insights effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
