JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a slots host to join our team. Previous gaming experience is not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of customer service and for supporting their experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. Flexibility to work various shifts across the week is required.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

1. Delivering excellence in customer service at all times.
2. Welcoming new customers warmly and proactively seeking new ones.
3. Overseeing the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas and providing assistance.
4. Identifying food and beverage requirements and offering support where appropriate.
5. Having an understanding of the slots and electronic gaming offerings (preferable).
6. Communicating promotional activities and events to customers.
7. Sharing customer feedback with the general manager.
8. Working flexibly across various shifts, including nights and weekends.
