Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a slots host to join our team, previous gaming experience is not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of customer service and be on hand to offer support to ensure they have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts across the week.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
  • Constantly looking for new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas offering assistance.
  • Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
  • An understanding of the slots and the electronic gaming offer is preferable.
  • Communicate any relevant promotional activity or events to customers.
  • Share customer feedback with the general manager.
  • Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
