A regional charity is looking for an HR Assistant at its Hamilton location. This role involves providing HR support, particularly in absence management, and working on various HR projects. The position offers a salary between £28,340 and £37,465, with hybrid working and a commitment to a diverse workforce. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills.

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant. The successful candidate will be part of our HR team, helping to deliver a consistent HR service across SLLC, which comply with best HR practice and employment legislation.
The post-holder will have the ability to provide professional information and guidance to all levels of management and our employees on a variety of HR matters, with a focus on absence management. You must therefore have proven experience in managing and supporting absence management cases, and be able to assist on all other employee relations matters, whilst getting involved in report writing and exciting HR projects that align with our Vision, Mission and Values.
You will have excellent planning and organisational skills together with good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to handle multiple systems and data analysis. You will have experience of working in a HR department, supporting managers in a wide range of HR activities and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
