Are you a polished and proactive Events Coordinator with 2–3 years’ experience in Finance or Professional Services? Do you thrive on curating high-impact, high-touch experiences for investment clients? We’re looking for someone with flair, confidence, and impeccable attention to detail to be the face of every event and bring our dynamic culture to life.
As the business steps into a brand-new, architect-designed office with its own bespoke events space, this is your chance to shape and elevate the entire events function at the heart of a fast-growing investment firm.

Job duties include:
• Designing and delivering standout in-house dinners, recruitment events, and CSR initiatives
• Acting as the go-to brand ambassador across all internal and external events
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to bring strategic event visions to life
• Managing end-to-end logistics – including guest lists, catering, venue setup, and post-event feedback
