SLD Teacher - Hillingdon - start after October half-term

Responsibilities

The position of the SLD Teacher is for an experienced and fully qualified teacher to work in a complex needs school and teach a mixed class of 6 students aged KS2-5. As an SLD Teacher you should be confident in the use of visual aids, timetables and picture cards, and have familiarity with Makaton and PECs. You will be supported by 2/3 TAs in the classroom and will be supporting students within a lot of horticultural studies.

The school is a complex needs school in the London Borough of Hillingdon and caters for 100 students up to 19 years old. The school is an Ofsted rated Outstanding school and has staff parking available onsite.
