A leading wellness retailer based in Nuneaton is seeking a part-time SKU Retoucher & Technician to join their Production team. This role involves retouching product images to meet quality standards, optimising them for e-commerce, and collaborating closely with various teams. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in image retouching and a keen attention to detail, with a background in using Adobe Photoshop. Hours: 24 hours per week (Spread over three days with ideally Tuesday in the office)

We're looking for a technically proficient and detail-obsessed SKU Retoucher & Technician to join our Production team on a fixed-term, part-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring our own-brand and supplier product images meet brand and platform standards, driving product appeal and commercial succes
The Role
- Retouch and colour-balance own-brand product imagery
- Apply standardised white backgrounds, shadows, and perspective corrections
- Optimise images for web, ensuring consistency across product ranges
- Assess imagery from third-party suppliers against brand standards
- Download and edit external images where required to meet platform quality expectations
- Flag non-compliant or missing content to internal teams
- Maintain accurate file naming conventions and structured folders
- Upload assets via tools such as FileZilla to ensure accurate ecommerce delivery
- Conduct visual QA to verify correct product image display on live product pages
- Work closely with the Photography, Design, and Merchandising teams
- Manage and prioritise editing queues based on SKU onboarding timelines
- Support continuous improvement of asset workflow and retouching best practices
The Person
- Experience in product image retouching, ideally in ecommerce or retail
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Capture One, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Comfortable with file transfer protocols and platforms (e.g. FileZilla, Dropbox)
- Understanding of ecommerce platforms, SKU image specs, and optimisation best practices
- High attention to detail, efficient time management, and excellent organisational habits
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup and as part of a production team
- Interest in wellness, consumer retail, and delivering quality digital experiences
