Sinclair Group, at Škoda Newport, is seeking a driven Skoda Sales Executive to deliver a premium showroom experience. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales journey, including finance options and vehicle demonstrations.

Responsabilités

• Build strong customer relationships and guide them through the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles and finance options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Follow up leads to maximise opportunities.
• Manage sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit personal and team targets.

Job Title: Skoda Sales Executive

Hours of Work - 5 Days a week - Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times

Contract: Full-time/Permanent

Position pays: £20,000 Basic with Uncapped earnings, plus Company Car

Location: Skoda Newport NP19 0HE

Your duties will include:

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer journey:

• Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
• Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
• Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets

The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. We are looking for someone who can represent the Škoda brand with confidence and integrity:

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive

• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
• A full UK driving licence

Automotive experience is an advantage, but we welcome strong sales talent from other industries.
