Job summary

Government of Jersey is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will advise on products, share knowledge and help customers make informed choices while keeping the department well-presented and stocked.

You will need strong communication skills and the drive to meet targets and grow our customer base, with a willingness to learn new products and expand skincare knowledge as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in customer-facing retail is preferred; skincare knowledge may be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with launches.
• Assist customers with guidance, knowledge and product recommendations.
• Ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked and operating efficiently.
• Aim to meet targets and grow the customer base.
• Be confident in learning new products.
