Job summary

Clarins Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Beauty Coach (14.2hrs/wk) to deliver exceptional customer service and drive product sales through engaging skincare conversations. You’ll build brand storytelling and retail theatre to attract customers and showcase our ingredient stories and benefits.

The successful candidate will have hands-on beauty/retail experience, excellent communication skills, and be flexible to work weekends and evenings, contributing to customer loyalty and strong sales

• Experience in hands-on beauty or retail with exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly.
• Flexible and able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times.
• Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
• Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
• Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand.
• Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges.
