You’ll be part of Boots, delivering expert makeup advice, shade matching, and routine building while helping drive sales and building lasting relationships with customers across our premium yet accessible No7 range.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys at every life stage.
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools.
• Explain the science behind No7 products in clear terms.
• Provide expert makeup advice including shade matching and routine building.
• Drive sales and promote offers, launches and innovations.
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
• Work with the Boots team to deliver service and commercial results.
• Maintain an attractive No7 counter reflecting premium positioning.
