Boots is seeking a No7 Advisor to guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys, combining world-class science with on-trend advice to deliver trusted results and enjoyable experiences. You will promote No7 products, build customer relationships, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Training includes a 12-month Skin School with a CIBTAC qualification, shade matching, routine building, and opportunities for career growth within Boots and the No7 Beauty Company.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys using science-led products.

• Drive sales and promote offers, launches and innovations.
• Build long-term customer relationships for loyalty and repeat visits.
