Job Purpose

Are you a visionary engineering leader with a passion for technology and a track record of successfully leading high-performing engineering teams? If so, we want you to be part of our team! As the Engineering Transformation Manager for our PC Liquid factories, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our engineering processes, systems, and culture. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of skilled engineers and contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product managers, R&D teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement new processes, systems, and tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent; provide coaching and professional growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality performance.
• Manage the engineering/project budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and work on cutting-edge projects with real impact.
• Develop and implement an engineering transformation strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze current engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Monitor and report on transformation progress, providing updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to support professional development of team members.

About You

• Proven experience (5+) years in engineering management, transformation, or related roles in PC technologies, specifically Skin Cleansing liquids.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies; experience managing complex transformation projects across multiple factories.
• 10+ years experience in Operations Engineering (Engineering Manager).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, WCM, Lean, Six Sigma), especially on EEM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Technical expertise in Personal Care technologies and facilities.
• Big picture thinking, strategic influence, accountability, conceptual thinking, data analysis, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and judgment.
• Flexibility to work on the factory floor and occasional atypical work hours.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
