Job Title:Skin Cancer Screening Nurse (Part Time)

Location:Bristol (with occasional travel to London)

Salary:£40,000 FTE (Pro Rata for 16 hours per week)

We are now looking for a Skin Cancer Screening Nurse to join our Bristol clinic on a part-time basis, with the potential to become a full-time position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside expert dermatologists and plastic surgeons while receiving specialist training in skin cancer screening, including our RCN-accredited training course.

Role Responsibilities

As a Screening Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting mole and lesion assessments using dermoscopy to support early detection of skin cancer. You will deliver exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with leading consultant dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and contribute to maintaining the high standards of our clinic.

While your primary base will be our Bristol clinic, there may be occasions where work is required in our London clinics, depending on diary demand.

Key Duties:

• Performing routine skin screenings and assessments.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Liaising with specialist dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
• Ensuring full compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (dermatology experience not required).
• Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work in a modern, well-equipped clinic in Bristol Centre.
• Occasional travel to London clinics may be required based on diary demand.
