Overview

Skills Framework Analyst - £45,000 to £55,000

Are you passionate about future skills, capability building, and workforce development within digital, data or Tech? We're looking for a Skills Framework Analyst to join our client and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the UK Tech landscape.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR or L&D professional with hands-on experience in frameworks such as SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) or DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology) to influence how we define, develop, and embed critical capabilities for the future.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain our internal skills and capability frameworks, aligning them with industry standards (e.g., SFIA, DDaT).
  • Conduct skills gap analyses across business areas and support the design of strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, L&D, Digital, and Business Units to ensure frameworks are embedded in recruitment, development, and career pathways.
  • Analyse and interpret workforce data to inform future skills planning and capability initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on the use and benefits of skills frameworks.
  • Support broader workforce planning and transformation programmes by integrating capability frameworks into strategic planning.
Your background
  • Proven experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SFIA, DDaT, or similar skills/capability frameworks.
  • Comfortable working with complex information and translating it into practical tools and guidance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working on digital or transformation programmes is desirable.
