Qualifications

• Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
• Enhanced DBS check is required (costs covered by the candidate).
• Welsh language ability is desirable or willingness to undertake training.

• Lead & Inspire: Coordinate cross-campus teaching, learning, and assessment to high standards.
• Lead by Example: Maintain hands-on teaching to model best practice in classrooms.
• Shape the Curriculum: Support curriculum planning, quality assurance, and schemes of learning.
• Support New Talent: Mentor newly appointed teachers during induction.
• Drive Success: Develop assessment guidelines to help learners achieve high grades.
• Step Up: Deputise for the Curriculum Area Manager when needed to lead with enthusiasm.
