Join to apply for the Skills Coach - Youth Worker role at Twin Group.

Up to £35,000 per annum, experience dependent.

This is a remote position with travel required to meet business needs.

Role Overview: You will demonstrate a strong understanding of working at an appropriate level within a youth work environment. Familiarity with community engagement strategies, local services, and support networks is essential. An understanding of legal, ethical, and data management requirements to support individuals and communities effectively is also required.

You will deliver a varied programme of delivery in line with qualification standards, including teaching, training, support, mentoring, and development of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Deliver qualifications across various programmes, following quality processes and the eTraining continuous Improvement strategy.
  • Maintain a caseload of learners and support them to achieve the highest possible pass rate in EPA.
  • Participate in ongoing self-assessment activities.
  • Work flexibly across multiple sites as directed by the line manager.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualifications: D32/33/A1/TAQA/CAVA (or equivalent), L3 AET, L2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
  • Demonstrated occupational competence in standards delivered.
  • Effective self-management and workload management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with team members, management, learners, and stakeholders.
  • Customer and employer-focused attitude.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
