An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and self-motivated Skills Coaches to join our Supported Internship programme team in Islington. We are recruiting for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract.
As a Skills Coach, your role is central to delivering our Supported Internship programme. You will support learners with SEN to complete all programme elements in line with requirements by providing tailored support.

You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes. You will deliver support in various ways, including 1-1 job coaching, developing employability skills, and embedding English and Maths learning in the workplace. The role aims to support individuals to learn skills needed for sustained paid employment.
