Skills Coach - Engineering (Level 3)

Location: East Yorkshire

Salary: £30,411 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Skills Coach to join one of our supporting Colleges. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to students pursuing careers in the construction industry. This role requires both theoretical and practical instruction to ensure students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field.

As our Skills Coach, you'll have the exciting opportunity to:

  • Kickstart Apprentice journeys by inducting, coaching, mentoring, and tracking their progress both in the workplace and at our vibrant college.
  • Deliver engaging assessments and help apprentices achieve distinction level.
  • Manage your own caseload using our online e-portfolio system, while building lasting relationships with apprentices and employers.
