As part of the Apprenticeship team, this role is crucial in increasing engagement, capability, and performance by equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting apprentices in achieving outcomes for Multi-Channel Marketing and Content Creator Levels 3, applying their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace.
• Coaching apprentices through evidence collection, reflective statements, and portfolio compilation.
• Delivering coaching and teaching sessions, both face-to-face and online, and updating supporting materials.
• Reviewing evidence against apprenticeship outcomes and coaching apprentices accordingly.
• Guiding apprentices in reflecting on their evidence and improving their reflections.
• Assisting apprentices in identifying gaps and suggesting opportunities for evidence collection.
• Helping apprentices select evidence for their final portfolio for review or assessment.
• Providing feedback on assessments linked to evidence and portfolios.
• Collaborating with apprenticeship delivery managers to support learners and implement action plans.
• Recognizing when additional learning needs or pastoral support are required and referring learners to appropriate support.

Development Opportunities:

This role will enhance your skills as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Training will be provided in coaching, facilitation, assessment drafting, and feedback.
