Skills Coach/Trainer - Marketing and Content Standards

This role, working as part of the Apprenticeship team, plays a pivotal part in increasing engagement, capability, and performance by providing people with the tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Support apprentices in achieving the outcomes for Multi-Channel Marketing and Content Creator Levels 3, applying their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace.
2. Coach apprentices through collecting evidence, preparing reflective statements, and collating evidence in their portfolios.
3. Deliver coaching and teaching sessions, face-to-face or online, and design/update supporting materials.
4. Review evidence against apprenticeship outcomes and coach apprentices accordingly.
5. Review apprentice reflections and guide improvements.
6. Assist apprentices in identifying evidence gaps and suggest opportunities to demonstrate outstanding outcomes.
7. Help apprentices select evidence for their final portfolio for review or assessment.
8. Mark and provide feedback on assessments linked to workplace evidence and portfolios.
9. Collaborate with apprenticeship delivery managers to support learners, make interventions, and implement individual action plans.
10. Recognize when additional learning needs or pastoral support are required and refer learners to appropriate support services.

Development Opportunities:

This role will enhance your skills as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Training opportunities include coaching, facilitation, assessment drafting, and providing feedback.
