A leading charity organization in Ealing is seeking a passionate Skills Coach to join their Supported Internship programme. The role involves supporting learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities through tailored coaching. Candidates must have experience in supporting individuals, effective communication skills, and evidence of GCSEs in English and Maths. The position offers both full-time and part-time contracts, with numerous benefits including 32 days of paid holiday.

We are offering one full-time (37.5 hours per week) and one part-time (22 hours per week) contract for a passionate and self-motivated Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship programme team in Ealing.
As a Skills Coach, you will play a central role in delivering our Mencap Training Academy. You will support learners with SEN to complete all elements of the programme, providing tailored support. The role is based in the community classroom of our supported internship programme, supporting learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities and difficulties.
Candidates must provide evidence of their GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at interview. Please have your certificates ready to email if contacted for an interview.
This role closes on 29th June. Interviews will be conducted in person shortly after.
