Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Skills and Talent Architect, located in Reading, with some work from home flexibility. The Skills and Talent Architect will be responsible for helping customers in designing Skills architecture, integrating people systems, and creating skills based architectural designs. The role will involve managing Talent and skill based projects to ensure the effective implementation of HR Tech AI solutions, contributing to both collaborative environments and individual client needs.
