Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welder & Fabricator to join our team in a stainless-steel production environment. This hands-on role involves a variety of fabrication and welding tasks and requires physical strength, precision, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and take pride in quality craftsmanship—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components
• Occasionally carry out MIG welding as required
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Accurately measure and mark out materials using basic maths skills
• Operate hand tools and fabrication machinery
• Grind and polish stainless steel to a professional finish
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work for accuracy and compliance
• Perform general maintenance and ensure a clean, organised work environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
• Strong understanding of metalwork drawings and fabrication layouts
• Physically fit and comfortable with a physically demanding role
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurement and calculation
• Good communication and organisational skills

Shift Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:45 PM
• 10:00 AM – 20 minutes
• 12:30 PM – 30 minutes
• 2:30 PM – 10 minutes
• Overtime available as required
