Skilled tractor driver/GFW job for all aspects of arable and grassland management - Shropshire

Job Description

We are a long-standing family farming business seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The role involves various aspects of mixed farming work, including:

1. Arable farming: cultivations, ploughing, combination power harrow drilling, spraying (PA1 and PA2 certifications required), and combining.
2. Livestock management: caring for a small suckler herd, calf rearing through to grazing, with a total of around 200 head.
3. Silage and hay making, along with conservation grazing and late mowing hay.

The successful candidate will work alongside the owner, using mostly modern equipment, and we are looking for a long-term commitment from the right person.
