Job summary

National Windscreens is seeking a Windscreen Technician in Reading to join the UK's largest independent automotive glass repair and replacement specialist. You will work from a branch or mobile, travelling to customer locations within your area to deliver top-quality service.

You will repair and replace automotive glass, using state-of-the-art tools and ADAS technology. You will be part of a friendly team and ensure a safe working environment while providing excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Accredited technician with excellent customer service skills.
• Driving licence is essential as you will travel to customer locations.
• Branch based and mobile work requiring travel within your designated area.
• Comfortable with physical work and driving to meet customers.

What you'll be doing...

• Supplied with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, you will be working at one of our welcoming branches or be provided with a fully kitted out van to support our branch network out on the road.
• With the latest technology, you will be repairing and replacing automotive glass, also using advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and have full access to a training team supporting you with new technologies.
• Working alongside talented colleagues, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, by providing the highest of standards in technical quality and service.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
